Combine breadcrumbs, tarragon, thyme and seasoning; stirring well. Brush fillets with French dressing; dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Arrange fillets on rack of a broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
Bake uncovered, at 450° for 8 minutes. Sprinkle fillets evenly with cheese, and bake an additional 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
